EK7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using any feature of the EK7 platform — whether through the website at ek7.one, the Android app, or the iOS Progressive Web App — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement comes into effect from the moment you first use the platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming guidelines and any specific game or promotion rules. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

EK7 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the EK7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. EK7 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of any company, business or third party.
• You are using your own funds and are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an EK7 account suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an EK7 employee with access to non-public platform information.

EK7 takes age verification seriously. We may request identity documentation at any time to verify your age. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned minus any amounts already withdrawn.

3. Account Registration

To participate in real-money games, sports betting, fish games or bingo on EK7, you must create an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false details — including a fake name, incorrect date of birth or a phone number that does not belong to you — is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. EK7 uses technical and manual checks to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on EK7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and other mobile wallets as indicated in your account's payment section. The available methods and their limits are shown at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your EK7 account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification. This is standard procedure and helps protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are shown during the transaction process.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically faster than bank transfers.
• EK7 does not charge fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, are displayed before you confirm.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming. Deposits that are withdrawn without sufficient gaming activity may be subject to review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, expiry dates and any game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this agreement.

General bonus rules that apply across all EK7 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household and per IP address per promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. The wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• EK7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed, existing terms will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting glitches or coordinating with other players to generate artificial turnover — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

EK7 provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports), fish shooting games, bingo and other entertainment products. Each product category operates under its own set of rules, which are available within the relevant section of the platform.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on EK7:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is accepted and confirmed. The odds at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet — such as a disconnection or server error — EK7 will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, stakes may be returned at EK7's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the EK7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation are void and will be removed.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Attempting to launder money or using EK7 in connection with any criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate transaction with your payment provider while retaining platform winnings.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing EK7 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or circumvent security measures.

12. Account Termination

You may close your EK7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

EK7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions without valid grounds.
